Refund Policy
It is important that you carefully review this Refund Policy to fully understand this aspect of our business. Refunds are only offered in rare cases and under specific conditions, as explained below.
If approved, all purchases above $15,000 may be refunded in equal monthly installments of $5,000, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
Change of Mind
You are entitled to a 100% refund only if you request cancellation before our writing, editing, design, publishing, or production team begins work on your project.
If you change your mind for any reason and decide not to proceed with our services, you must request a refund within one hour of placing your order. In all other eligible cases, a 15% processing fee may be charged.
Defective Delivery
Once the work has been delivered to you, you may only be entitled to a refund if the work does not comply with the project requirements you initially provided to us and all revision options have been exhausted.
Moonshot Publishers believes in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. For this reason, we may offer revisions to help ensure that the final delivery aligns with your provided requirements.
If, after revisions, you still believe the delivery does not meet the agreed scope, we may review your refund request and process it based on mutual agreement on a certain percentage.
Late Delivery
Our team works to ensure that all projects are delivered within the agreed timeline. However, in the event of a delay, the customer must contact us regarding the delay.
If the product or service is not delivered within the agreed time frame after you have attempted to contact us at least three times, your refund request may be reviewed. In such cases, we will first verify whether the delay was caused by Moonshot Publishers through available documentary evidence.
Moonshot Publishers will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, missing approvals, delayed communication, or any issue from the customer’s end.
Refund Time Frame
All refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of delivery. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If there is a delay caused by minor technical issues, including grammatical errors, typing errors, missing citations, formatting issues, or other small corrections. In such cases, the company may offer revisions, partial refunds, or discounts on future purchases based on mutual agreement.
- If the delay is caused by the customer, including late responses, incomplete details, delayed approvals, missing information, or change requests.
- If the refund request is based solely on subjective dissatisfaction or so-called low-quality writing after the agreed scope and revision process has been followed.
- If the customer changes the original requirements after the project has already started.
- If the service has already been completed and delivered according to the agreed scope.
- If the customer has approved the work or used the delivered material in any form.

Clients are expected to provide accurate contact details and respond in a timely manner to ensure smooth project completion. Moonshot Publishers will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information from the customer.
